Schlüter Super Tronic 1900TV-LS with blue blood? Schlüter often tested newly developed transmissions for ZF in its good times (although the company was already declining in the mid-1980s anyway). So too was the ZF T 6535. Remarkably, ZF developed this transmission for and/or together with Ford. Ford later renounced the transmission. eighteen Schlüter Tronic's later, ZF decided not to bring the transmission into series production, which meant that Schlüter also suddenly dropped two types from the range. Schlüter was also no longer a major customer at that time, compared to other brands, and I suppose they too were the only ones using this type of transmission However, they didn't give up and that same year, 1988, they came up with a self-developed load shift, much better known among us, called "LS". The difference with the Tronic is that the LS still has 6 gears with 2 groups (using the clutch), to which then the electro-hydraulically switched High/Low was added. So a kind of extension of the usual ZF T3 tranmissions.
