In 1969, a Hageland (Flanders) farmer with a small farm (strawberries and chickens) bought this 880 from a DB distributor in the neighboring village, who was related to him. The man, whom I knew personally, was known for his care and perfection. He kept his tractor in a heated garage with blankets over it. When in 2007, long after his retirement, he could finally part with his little tractor with only 3964 hours it was still in new condition and looked like this except for the tires and seat covers.
