The engine block of our Hatz TL17 is quite worn out. Little power, bad starting and a lot of smoking. You notice a lot of difference in compression between both cylinders. When starting one of them gets smoke from under the valve cover, so I suspect something is wrong there. But because the parts are so hard to find, we did not dare to take it off. And then suddenly there was an almost completely separate engine block on the marketplace, so we are very happy with that. Now we are going to try to make one good block out of two.
