Schlüter Compact 1050 | Picture made by Schluterfan

Der Letzte Compact? On 15 April 1994, the last 2 Schlüters left the now closed factory in Freising. One of them was a Compact 1050V6. It is said to be the tractor in this photo. The tractor seemed to get a turbo on the engine at the request of the owner, and air brakes. Unfortunately, I don't know if it's true... Why it was still in the factory is a question mark, also because the last built (Super 1700LS High Speed) already drove out of the assembly hall at Christmas '93. The tractor in the photo still faithfully serves on an arable farm in the vicinity of the former factory, where it also comes for the potato harvester. The owner has several of these red tractors, of which at least 3 were built after '90. The Schlüter fleet consists of a Super 1300TVL-LS, Euro Trac 1600LS and also this Compact. And he might have more, judging by the fact that I saw him riding on other types as well. I even thought that his corn harvest was also done in his own direction, with a Kemper 3 rower in the lift of the Euro Trac, and a thick Fliegl shearer behind the 1300. In one of the Schlüter videos he appears in; he concludes in his Bavarian spoken "interiew", in beautiful German: Es gibt's kein bessere Arbeitstier wie ein Schlüter! A real enthusiast!
