An event such as the Retro Harvest Day runs on the day itself with more than 50 employees. One employee and also board member of our association was quite busy that day. Tractor fan member [@Schlüterfan] was not only responsible for the demonstrations on the beet field, but was also allowed to steal the show with his Schlüter Compact 950 and unique Martens Systems silage truck, in addition to a New Holland 1770. This silage truck was formerly built by Jan Martens from Aartijke, contractor who built most machines himself. The box originally came from a bunker chopper that he built for himself and later placed on a base. The silage car also drove on our first edition in 2016 and was then for sale. Our association, Landbouw en Machines VZW saved the silage truck from the old iron and gave it a nice pension and still lets it work occasionally.
