Photo of a Peecon Kipper kw13000 has a little wide pivot point. Apparently the bushings broke loose from the tube a long time ago. That's what the tipper was pivoting on. Pin and bushings still fit together like new.... Wouldn't have taken long or we would have had a load in the back of the cab once
