April 4, 2017 photo of a self-built liatris sowing machine. We have looked at the principle of a bulb planter. Behind the machine is a tube roller of an old Niemeyer rotor dough, with a tube welded between each tube. This role drives the whole machine. The seed comes over a slowly rotating band to the rear, where it falls full field on the ground and then with a few rows of shaking teeth and that Niemeyer roll is worked in and pressed dishes. Liatris seed is very light. There is 6 kg in such a full plastic bag. It sticks together easily in the seed tank. Therefore, the back wall of the seed tank is designed as a conveyor belt that rotates upwards. The seeder always hangs in the lift of the Kverneland rotor dough. In the background the tm 135 with the cambridge roll.
