The past few weeks I have been busy with the wiring harness, it is now ready and is neatly in place. What a mess with the heat shrink tubing but it worked, the trick is to put it in parts of 1.5 meters ~ around the cables with a lot of WD40 in the stocking. Last week an original Bosch wiper motor from Germany came in that I also mounted right with the windscreen wipers (photo dates from Ascension Day, so not yet visible). On that day I had also started the Kramer (within 2 seconds the engine was already running without smoke with cold engine) to see if the DC alternator was flaring up properly and whether the compressor is now good, this was all the case so my day could not be broken anymore. Currently I have the floor plates in it (insulated) and soon the rest of the interior where there is still a lot of work in it. But the Kramer is now insured so I want to get on the road as soon as possible with this beautiful weather. In between driving it goes steadily with the restoration so with a few weeks I expect to post a nice photo with the cabin as good as finished. There are still some points for improvement on the picture above, but these have already been fixed 😁
