After 2 years it was possible again, just a weekend to watch Schlüters. On the program was the small meeting in Watzum. Unfortunately, it was not possible to demonstrate on Sunday due to the heavy rains of the night before... But that does not mean that I have not covered 1600 km for nothing. I also went to pick up a Fritzmeier for the S450 and went to visit an enthusiast where I could see some beautiful tractors. Gem number 1, and another one that I can remove from the list "do I ever want to have seen"! Super Trac 2200LS, may not seem like schlüter's most special model, but this one also has the right to be very special. No 8 cylinder under the hood, but a Liebherr 6 cylinder. When Schlüter decided not to install 8 cylinders anymore, so that after the closure of the foundry, engines were still left in stock to guarantee the parts supply for several years, they opted for a 9.2l Liebherr. Originally there were 3 built tractors... Only another 2 were built at LTS in Schönebeck. Normally you can also see that in the typing shield. Only there is still really "Traktorenfabrik Anton Schlüter München" mentioned here. That was not the case with the Euro Tracs... The tractor is the last of the 2, which apparently was built on stock and would only have been sold later for a low price. Would have liked to have spoken to the current owner but due to the heavy rainfall we left earlier than expected. And this may rightly also bear the title of being the very last super Trac built... In Freising, the last Super Trac, a 1900TVL-LS, left the factory on 15 April 1994. This one in the picture found an owner even later! Also quite richly equipped with front linkage, Rüfa, EHR, 4DW,... only this was already considered outdated at that time. Photo taken in Watzum.
