In the spring of '91, the auction of the last machines behind us, we were ready for a new season of packing presses and ensiling. But also for ensiling with 2 pick-up slicers in collaboration with Loonberijf G.T.Verbij from Den Ilp. The HP1600 press was adapted in Kwadijk to the steered tandem set. We were ready for all the conditions. A second-hand JCB telehandler was purchased and adapted for the packing work. For this purpose, the old wheels with Trelleborg tires from the Press are mounted on the JCB. Less ground pressure and higher road speed.
