Pure nostalgia. On the right you can see my father for the time his combination with self-built manure tank on a tandem axle chassis and our fiat 980. The story goes that this tank was 1 of the first tanks with steered wheels. What kaweco has had for a long time. At that time someone from kaweco was with us and they then the one "THIS WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO WORK PROPERLY" and a while later the kawecos had this system on the tandem axles ... that's the story of hearing. But we then managed to manufacture 1 of the first tanks with steered wheels with a few cylinders, a few oil hoses and a bit of work... my father sometimes tells this story. It was also the case that this chassis of this tank once had a system with air that allowed you to drain the tires pneumatically to get more ground pressure. But that never happened because the air hoses and pipes were removed with the construction of this tank because we did not know afterwards that that system was intended for that ... in short, it was a beautiful and successful tank to work with. I myself have never experienced this only seen the tank as a small child and never seen it in work unfortunately.
