Photo of a Vss Amac. Super machine for this job. Flat feed and a wide discharge belt after the hedgehog mat. This year the onions were harvested at 3m. Still good capacity because of this and didn't have to drive as hard. The loader drove about 3.7-4 km/h. This way he always had an empty wagon and the unloading could keep up nicely. The old 60cm wide miedema duo belt is the limiting factor there. Despite the higher speed due to the frequency regulator, onions can't go over it indefinitely. The block was 4.5 ha, about 64 swaths of onions. Started at 10am and including 3 breaks around 6pm all onions on the yard.
