Ever since our first edition of the Retro Harvest Day in 2016, we have been trying to get some iconic and rare trekkers to come to our event to work. In 2016 we had a Fiat 44-28 that came to plow with a 7 scissors Steeno team. In 2018 we had a Massey Ferguson 1250 and some other iconic tractors for tillage. This year we pulled out a lot to have our large surface processed. Several tractors with plough and tractors with deep grounders and cultivators came to the Retro Harvest Day in Aalter. But the biggest eye-catcher was this International 3788 from a farmer from Asse. The tractor is a rarity in our low countries. We were able to see the tractor at work for the first time in 2020 with the farmer. 2 years later we had the honor and pleasure of welcoming the imposing American tractor to our fields. Many visitors looked out of their eyes when it started working. When I choose photos to post on Tractorfan, it always continues to enjoy. The day itself it was for me personally a little less enjoyment but continue on adrenaline. Now browsing through the photos and looking at the numerous videos, that's more enjoyment for me. Each time it is discovering new things in the photos. Although I experienced the day well, I missed a lot.
