Few state-of-the-art tractors are seen at this family of farmers. For parsnip harvesting, they use their sturdy Deutz-Fahr Agrostar DX 6.81 tractor that arrived on the farm a few years ago. The tractor has 195 hp under the hood and is one that was built in 1997. With a set of extra-wide tires and a Dewulf harvester, the parsnips were harvested.
