Photo of a Hanomag R425 with my newest (old ) acquisition. A 4 ton schamel manure spreader. Brand: Standard. Year built: 1960. Still a very cool cart for its age. Special features of the cart: 3 bottom chains with 1 tensioner. Original lighting is still on it, and works! ( 5 pin plug ) no steering movement limitation on the schamel and thus pto. Few sold in Germany, so very few copies of about now. In the Netherlands at the time imported by Gebr, van Gemert in Wanroy. Manufacturer Standardwerke W, schulze, bad Bevensen is defunct since 1978. On the farm where I grew up we had this brand of wagon in single axle version. Out of service as a manure spreader. But in service as a hay pack wagon and in winter the slurry tank was on it.
