Photo of a unique special tool. An anvil to finger plates (cutting plate what with 1 rivet in the finger is riveted) the change if it is worn or broken. This of make: Krupp has a preformed bottom so that the finger lies flat in it. This is from before the time Krupp took the fine pitch cutterbar into production. These fingers fit less well. So I estimate the year of construction around 1940 or older. Of Deering they also exist. But never seen.
