In spring, it is often fast-paced and a lot of work in a short time. Then it is always easy when a seedbed preparer like this is ready to go. The most exciting thing for me was whether the GPS would work properly with the nose wheel. Together with the chief mechanic at the LMB I figured this out. First build a lego model and then try it. Also, I had not yet worked with Deutz-Fahr's GPS. That was not too bad: the tractor pulls tight to the line both with and without the nose wheel. Even at 16 km per hour; a common speed for this combination. Operating the GPS is also very easy. What was even more pleasing: The comfort of the tractor: The front axle, cab and seat suspensions work well together. Also the headland management and assigning hydraulic functions to the controls is very easy. Also nice that you can save the different implement profiles. A bit unfortunate is the Dutch situation that 3 meters beed over the road is a bit the max. I would also like this with double-air 650/65 R42 and then with 4 5 meters wide; but then I wouldn't dare to send a schoolchild over a provincial road with it during the day. Spring was very late here. Especially the onions I wanted to have in April. When it became May I forced it a bit. Plowed a little too wet, so the topsoil dried out too far before Thursday could carry this heavy combination. Couldn't get that laid out in 1x seeding. So we went over that twice at full speed. This demands so much from especially the rollers of the harrow that next winter I want to see how this can be constructed better. It is a monster combination like this though and too bad I don't have a little more work for it. This spring 47 acres. There were only 30 hours on the counter.
