Today we visited old acquaintances. Two brothers, both never married, still carrying on their parents' farm. Blessed, hospitable men who can talk with great passion about their animals and machinery. This same 480 drove sugar beets to the factory with an 8-ton 4-wheel truck for many years. No tipper, the beets were rinsed off with water apparently. This tractor is now on the side, but will still run when it gets a new battery. For enthusiasts, it is also for sale. They also have 2x a DB 990 and a Ford 8210 in addition to this tractor. The latter is also the most modern machine on the farm, along with the Schaeffer 330.
