UTB L445 "gantry" tractor with power steering. Lincencie construction of a FIAT 450. Has gone back to Romania. Romanians do not have to pay import duties on imported UTBs. With other brands they do!?!!?!?. By the way, this one was sold new at the time by Vohamij, Heythuisen. You could easily put these tractors "high on the legs".
