The lower strips will be attached to the fender holders. A tube is welded to that, which is attached back to the fender holders at the top by a strip. At the top of the insertion part of the bracket, a pin is made so that the bracket cannot just come out. The tube that is inserted is then attached to a pin and clamped between the lower pieces of tube. A socket is simply welded on top.
