Mengele Mammut 7800 van MMaarten

Mengele Mammut 7800 | Picture made by MMaarten

This week, the old photo series of contracting and earthwork company Veys Gilbert et Fils from Wodecq (B) stands out head and shoulders above the rest on De oude doos.be . The company is obviously not to be confused with that of fellow contractor and nephew Luc Veys from Ellezelles (B) who mainly works with New Holland and Ford. Many brands have already found their way to Veys. In terms of tractors, we see mainly John Deere and Ford tractors. In the harvesters we do see more colors. Among others, a New Holland 1770 and 1895 were seen in the beginning, later came a John Deere 6850 ( which in 2014 still chops along) and a beautiful Mengele Mammut 7800. What also stands out here is that like cousin Luc Veys, they also choose Record silage wagons, but in the traditional red. In addition to the Flemish silage trailers, there is also a Mercedes-Benz silage truck to be seen, in short, a truly Belgian company with a photo series to savour! For the complete photo series, I would like to refer you to the following link: http://users.telenet.be/filmpjes_landbouwenmachines/landbouwenmachines/Veys_G_Wodecq.htm © www.deoudedoos.be ©
