This photo shows the harvesting combination of farmer Houthoofdt from Slijpe (B). In this way, the man harvests 10 ha of wheat for the CNH factory of Zedelgem (B). These bundles are placed in chapels to dry, afterwards they are loaded into a container and headed for CNH There they are used for the field tests of the combines in winter For our summer special at http://www.deoudedoos.be, this is the oldest thresher we could spot anno 2014. The special which is packed with old combines and harvesters will feature many more old machines in the coming weeks.
