This picture was taken in 2001. I had just been working on my own for 2 years and also suddenly the first year that I had completely quit my job at my former employer. I had bought this crane 2nd hand from a Dutch contracting company from Huybergen. I had bought it at the time for 19,000 €, I remember that. It was a fast runner. After a few years I got problems with the brakes. That would cost a lot and it was then sold at the auction of Ritchi Bros. Afterwards I did all my work with crawler cranes for at least 14 years. Only in the course of 2018 did a mobile crane return to our company.
