I had also taken the hubs of the rear wheels to the blaster, because there was such deep rust on them. The parts that needed to stay clean I had neatly wrapped up with blasting tape. Little did I know that they would stay there for a few weeks.... How deep the rust gets! Fortunately I already had speedy-sleeves for the running surface of the retaining rings.
