Some don't like it, others are completely enamored with it. I belong to the second group. Since a few years, we try to find these beautiful Field Queen's in Belgium and see which ones still work. When you hear on an 'After maize party' in Lokeren that a Field Queen is sold to a farmer from your own town, you jump in the air! Then, when it's grass season, nerves start to get in the air. Then when that farmer's grass is cut and you see it ready for chopping, it starts to itch tremendously. May 1, 2019 was the day. On Labor Day, this yellow queen got to do battle with the grass.
