Every year we go out into the corn to look for old combinations. So we do visit the same people every year. Every year we visit the farmer of this corn, who does all the spring work himself with his oldtimers. To harvest the corn, he always consulted a local contractor, but this year he called in his friends and they called in a lot of harvesters and harvesters to organize a mini oldtimer corn harvest day. A nearby farmer's Claas SF 80 was used for chopping. Under the pipe rode among others this Renault 951-4 with a Record silage wagon, specially purchased for the hobby! This combination could go right back to the late 70s - early 80s.
