How do I restore a ZF A210II gearbox the way it shouldn't???? Here is an example! What bunglers are walking around this globe. The bushing that is welded on should normally be loose on the shaft. That was no longer the case here... Heating and removing it with a pulley puller was not possible. So I took the grinder and ground it flat until I reached the splines. Then I could break the bushing so to speak. Even with a crack in the bushing, it still wouldn't come off! Fortunately, my uncle had just come by to hold the gearbox for me, so I could give it a few firm taps with a sledgehammer and the bushing finally came off after 3 hours of cursing It turned out that the shaft on which this bushing sat had also been welded and touched up. And apparently they didn't think it was necessary to clean up the shaft properly and they just knocked the bushing on with the hammer... They also apparently didn't find it necessary to clean the clutch from grease and oil then, because when I cleaned it, I came across the bearing parts from the repair from the year cuckoo as well.... That will be looking for another axle... Project Schlüter SF50.
