Fortunately, no corona virus here yet, but the chopping virus has struck well here. The chopping virus must have struck here around September 2016 and still no improvement in sight. When Wim and son Jonas Aertgeerts from Langdorp visit this Retro Harvest Day in Oostwinkel (B), it was itching to buy a chopper themselves. The search started for a New Holland 1880 chipper and they found it a little later. Later in 2018, on the second edition of the retro harvest day, one could make contact with Gilbert Bulcke from Moerkerke who was there with his New Holland 1770. When one hears that this chopper can leave if Gilbert finds a Claas chopper, they make a deal. Gilbert finds a Claas SF 80 some time later and calls the family that the New Holland 1770 can go. And so it happened that in the yard of Wim Aertgeerts there are two handsome choppers! A beautiful picture, more of those pictures can be found on http://www.deoudedoos.be
