2014 Same Explorer 95 special. Bought late 2016 for €12,500 with 0 hours on counter especially for use in combination with the feed wagon (Peecon Biga Eco 12). According to the included papers, this piece of Italian engineering was meant for Morocco but so ended up on our yard. The engine is a tier 1 unit and is exactly the same water-cooled 1000.4WT you would find in SDF products from the 80s/90s. The same goes for the swingarm, simple with no fuss. The tractor has a 540/1000 PTO, 2 pairs of valves (exactly enough for the feed wagon valves) and no auxiliary cylinders for the hitch. By now it has about 1100 hours of feed mixing behind it with some other work in between when the weather is really nice. Since the weather is not always nice, an old roof from a Landini was mounted in December to keep the seat a little dry while mixing in the rain. The small feed wagon relative to the power allows this tractor to run nice and quietly in front of the wagon resulting in a consumption of 4.1L/hour. Of course, many luxuries in terms of maintenance such as a hood that can be raised quickly are missing on this tractor, but there is also not that much that can be broken. Problems: Temperature gauge dances a little bit, checked if the thermostat had problems but it just did, so left it alone. Lift direction seems to drop a little on its own sometimes and then you have to wiggle the lever again to get it back to level. For the feed wagon, this is not really a problem. In addition, the tractor is a bit small for the average Dutchman, you can hardly get between the steering wheel and the seat. The paint has already come off here and there, which is not surprising considering that it is parked a lot in the barn. Conclusion: Perfect mixing tractor, cheap turning costs, cheap purchase cost, reliable and fun for the in the summer days.
