Photo of our last project that is gradually taking shape. In this picture we are just testing the self-built lift and control on the Record wisselton. Because the contractor with Vervaet is quite expensive and renting a ton does not always work out because one must then be able to drive all day long to have everything injected made the step and bought a second-hand trailing foot manure. The injector is a 6m from Roelama who has already experienced something, but for 15-20 ha per cut as a cow farmer good enough. On the barrel we then put a ceton valve block with electrically controlled valves and a control box with ifm module. In the tractor there is an operator panel with 8 keys. - 1 automatic button where the button lift and lower everything happens automatically - 2 buttons for the lift -1 button for the valve -1 knob for the cutting cabinet/distribution mill - 1 button for the work lights The valve block on the barrel just needs a constant oil flow, for this we used the 3/8" pipe that was already there on the exchange chassis and added another 1" pipe as a return. For folding the manure, 1 DW valve is needed, pipes for this were already there because a tipping box also fits on this chassis. We are also programming a Topcon Opus A3 screen and we would have liked to have made the hydraulics on the Load sensing but because the farmer wants to use the barrel behind each tractor we did not do this.
