March 24, 2018 Photo of a Manitou MLT 634 120 LSU. Straw roof finishing of the 6206. We usually covered the tulips with straw in October. I think in 2017 also, but it had not yet come to phase out the straw roof until March. The dismantling of the Cebeco decker and self-build roof is usually about 1.5 hours of work for two. In advance, the straw has already been blown off. At our company, the assembly and dismantling of machines and the preparation and cleaning up of processing lines in the barns is a lot of work. In my opinion, it seems almost more work than carrying out the work itself. I think that's because I experience it as unproductive work myself. I'd rather go on land with the heel than hang a machine on a tractor. We therefore try to invest in such a way that the conversion takes less and less time. Outsourcing to the contractor is of course the easiest and if that is financially attractive, we often do that too.
