Calypsoroten High Speed! The world is small, with its approximately 40000km circumference, that of Schlüter is much smaller... That's how I came into contact with the owner of the tractor in the photo via Ebay! After I bought a set of weights from him, I was asked which Schlüter the weights ended up on. I then sent some pictures and I also got beautiful photos back from his tractors. I was therefore very surprised that this Compact was among them! When I told him that I had already seen his tractors at an event, his surprise was just as great haha, you don't expect that from a Belgian... So it soon came to what life this beautiful Compact has behind it. And I got answers to my questions! This tractor says the light of day as Compact 1250TV6 High Speed, yes in the Calypsor red from BMW! Schlüter kept this tractor in the factory for a year, presumably as a kind of demo tractor. After a year, the factory mechanics leaked the current engine from the tractor, and it was replaced by the same MAN engine that can be found in a Compact 1350TV6. Hence the upgrade in the Maschinenkarte to Compact 1350TV6, and therefore also the stitchers on the bonnet. The Compact is also a real High Speed. Schlüter always indicated in the leaflets that the maximum speed is then approx. 50km/h, this Compact bolt easily 60...! Anton was also free to send videos, and I am also quite surprised that it is still quite comfortable on the road. When he bought the tractor, it had already been repainted/painted a few times. According to Anton, the paint hung mm'ers thick on it. Getting it off was still a hell of a job. 2 weeks before the Grunlandtage, where I took this picture, the tractor was finished. That he does not only have the tractor for the beautiful, is evident from his many photos that he sends via Whattapp, where he still uses the tractor regularly.
