New Holland TS 100 A | Picture made by PieterA

April 25, 2019 Photo of a New Holland TS 100 A milling ditches. I'm not entirely sure of the type. This tractor is not yet with the yellow sticker and I have not taken a picture of the side of the tractor. Here the spring work was a long way off and I asked a good friend of mine to mill a few ditches transversely through the potato ridges. We have a simple Peecon trench cutter ourselves (in combination with a neighbor), but my friend's then new machine has a roll of beams behind it that steps exactly over the potato ridges and thus flattens the ridge of soil that will be next to the ditch, so that the water from the potato ridges can flow into the ditch. Unfortunately, I have also forgotten the brand of the machine. This plot was not yet killed at that time and then you will eventually know where the lows in the plots are. The water flows to those lows during heavy rainfall. We then pull from the ditch to such a low a ditch and then the water can run directly into the ditch. If potatoes are under water for 24 hours, they will rot. As can be seen, the tractor is well cared for. My mate is an arable farmer and has several Valtra's a small mf-je and this New-Holland. This is his trigger for the smaller chores like sowing beets, loading onions and milling ditches. The work with us often has to be done on the same days as with him, so helping each other is often not so easy. Only with syringes we had the agreement that we help each other immediately if the other did not have time. That spraying is often quite specific work, so we each do that with our own combination. Both our syringes had the same width at the time. Now the working widths are different and we can no longer help each other, so now we have made the same appointment with my neighbors who still have the same width of the syringe.
