In the more water-rich areas of N.W.Overijssel we regularly sold the small models Zetor 3011 or 3011, most other brands only had 540 t /m PTO, the Zetor's have in addition to the 540 t / min also extra 5 via the gearbox switchable speeds, the 3rd gear was about the same as the 540 t , but via the 4th or 5th gear one can, for example, turn half throttle almost 1000 t, (advantage less fuel needed and considerably less engine noise) even there was PTO via the reverse gear turn around differently, (that is useful with clogged manure mixers, but if you had a manure or drawer truck with a pole system then you really did not have to use the reverse, then you sometimes had considerable damage to the machine, but for pumping water or manure what this ideal !
