The tank is secretly getting thin in places anyway. No that's not paint or anything, those are holes. I already had a plate over it with a load of sealant, it was still perfectly secure but the rot has crept past it on 3 sides. For "emergency" another sheet of aluminum over it with rivets and sealant and quietly search for a tank.
