Photo of a JCB 542-70, the second week of internship in Australia is over, still 3 weeks to go. Man what a cool country and a beautiful farm, 1200 calving cows on an annual basis, now just the 1000 tapped to the milk. All the young cattle they breed themselves, the heifer calves of which they expect less go away for export. The very good bull calves are kept as a stud bull for the group of cows where artificial insemination does not work. The other bull calves are made ox and sold at 4 months. Completely different way of farming, that makes it a wonderful experience! Here I am putting hay at the calves with the almost new JCB telehandler, fine preparation👌
