Here you see Geert-Jan De Kok BV (Esbeek) × with a Manitou MLA 5-50. Only drove about 800 - 900 meters with it but what a nice little shovel this is! Slightly thick butt and the forward, free, reverse button could have been more clearly felt in which position it was, but otherwise fine shovel! The shovels with this look are produced in cooperation with Mecalec in its factory in Germany. This is to shorten the delivery times as there was a long delivery time from the USA and therefore it could not always be delivered quickly. Although the start-up of production in Germany is also dramatic. It keeps on taking time for them to be delivered! So this is probably a shovel from Manitou itself. What I understood is that most of the production is for Manitou/Gehl and part for Mecalec. This will be one of the many firsts that will be on display at exhibitors next ATH/GTH. 08-09-2022, Biddinghuizen.
