Fulfilled a very old wish yesterday: Picked up a '65 MF165 from Denmark. 25h in tow due to misery on the A1 but that's not going to spoil the fun! For me a special 165 because it was built mid 1st production year, when also my dad had bought his 1st 165. Only difference is that he had a Row Crop axle, which is going to come under here. Tractor is all original and complete except for the taillights. Moreover, everything still works like new! The 3-speed gearbox is just click-click with shifting. Even with optional "float seat". Has belonged to a local gardener who bought it new until a few years ago. The 5900 hours are the real hours at 58yrs. Even the rear tires are still original....
