Schlüter Super E 7200 V van Schluterfan

Schlüter Super E 7200 V | Picture made by Schluterfan

Bärenstart, auch heute noch.... I received this photo years ago from the former owner of this tractor. This is the last Schlüter imported by Rau-Belux. It was originally ordered by a Walloon contract worker, but he couldn't get the job done financially. The tractor remained behind the fences at Rau Belux for some time. At the same time, the former owner's father was looking for another tractor. He was also working on a John Deere at the time. Despite the fact that this Super E7200V was actually too heavy for them, the sale was closed. To the full satisfaction of father and son, the Schlüter did over 10000h on the fields around Zaventem airport. So he was given an Akkord seeder of 4m wide, with matching low loader to transport the thing.... Years back, the son contacted me, if I didn't know anyone who could buy over the tractor. He preferred it to stay in Belgium. I didn't have to look far, a friend of mine from the neighborhood had already indicated that if I knew anything, I could let him know. So we were soon in Zaventem. After some bargaining, he bought the tractor and it ended up among a fleet of younger John Deere tractors, but at the same time it became the big brother of another Super E7200, an Italian export version of the Super 900... The tractor in one photo is the Belgian export version of the Super 1250VL, at the time one of Schlüter's best-selling models.
