A little late in harvesting the quick spring Rye but the young cattle have to eat something too. Only had 5ha standing and didn't want to prepare the silage 2w ago just for this bit. Last week it was too wet then.... ensiled Monday morning icm part of the grass where the carrying capacity is good.
