Yesterday the sprayer pointed out another detail to me that I had overlooked all the time. I had noticed a light stripe along the lower edge of the hood, but I always thought that was worn bare. On closer inspection, it turns out to be a brush stripe, painted on purpose. It continues across the underside of the fuel tank. But it is not found on any color scheme from the Hatz factory or the Hatz club. But it wasn't someone's tinker either, because it's on the TL17 as well. The color most closely resembles the light green color the older Hatz tractors were painted in.
